Practical Guidelines for Online Submission

  • Only submissions via the online submission tool will be accepted. The tool can be accessed by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page.
  • Prepare your list of authors, as well as your executive summary and the actual abstract before starting the on-line submission. Think about the subtheme you wish to submit for and the presentation format.
  • When starting the on-line submission tool you will be asked to select a username and password. This will enable you to return to your submission session and to make further changes as long as you have not hit the ‘Submit’ button at the end of the session.
  • Once you have finalized your abstract submission, do not forget to submit your abstract by hitting the submit-button. After this you will receive an automated confirmation e-mail informing you of the successful submission and of the unique ID-number of your abstract. Please make sure to save it for future use: you will need it when contacting the Organising Secretariat with regard to any issue concerning your abstract. If you do not receive this e-mail, it means that your submission did not go through. Enter the submission tool again and make sure to submit the abstract by pushing the submit-button. In case the confirmation of submission is not received, please contact the organizing secretariat at within one week of submitting your abstract.
